Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If this is the case, please try to replace your order with your correct billing address.

Where is my order confirmation?

Please allow a few minutes to receive your order confirmation. This will confirm your order number, address and item purchased. If you’ve used your cellphone number during the checkout process, an SMS with your order confirmation will be sent to your phone number.

When I track my package, it gives me an error?

This is completely normal! Because of high demand, we have to ship each order fast, so you must allow 2-4 days from when you get your order shipment confirmation to start seeing the tracking working if it does not immediately show up.

How can I track my package?

You can track your package by following the link provided in the email you receive after placing your order. There will be a confirmation once your product(s) is shipped out.

How long does shipping usually take?

All packages have an 2-5 day processing time before they are shipped. Once they are shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for your item to be delivered.

When will my order ship?

All orders that are placed have a processing time of 2-5 days before they are shipped. Once they have been processed and shipped, you will receive an email that your item has been shipped. In this email, you will be provided a tracking number to track your items!
